As the Church, we are called to love others. What happens when others have a disability or can't participate like everyone else? This program aims to help church staff and leaders understand behaviors and disabilities, and how to best support families and individuals in the church.

We provide education for Sunday school workers, youth workers, pastors, and more to recognize when an escalation is beginning, prevention strategies, de-escalation, and safety procedures.
Education for Behaviors
We teach about why big behaviors happen, communication tips, and information about autism and other diagnoses.
Inclusivity
We teach how to incorporate everyone in worship, the Word, and activities through visual supports, flexible seating, sensory supports, and more.
How Our Program Can Help Your Church:
Have you ever had a moment where you wondered what to do with a big behavior? Or a time when a child wasn't included because you didn't have the resources for them? This program was created so every child and family can be included in the church.
We have families from all backgrounds: former drug addicts, former alcoholics, people with disabilities, mental health concerns, children without parents, bus children, children from outreach, etc. This is wonderful because God is moving!
However, we, as the Church, must be equipped to handle every situation that arises. With the help of God and resources, we can come up with a plan where everyone is included and everyone feels safe.
We want to partner with you by providing resources and training that help you and your team feel confident and equipped to navigate big behaviors, strong emotions, and the unique support needs of individuals with disabilities—so everyone has the opportunity to fully participate and belong.
